Our factory is located in Yau Tong, Kowloon with total floor area of approximately 30,000 square feet which deploys system management and equips with advanced & automated production equipment. The factory implements the "ISO 22000" food safety management system, "HACCP" hazard analysis & critical control point system and "GHP" good food hygiene practice certification. The brand has also obtained Hong Kong Q-Mark and Halal certification standards.
We set extremely high standards for product quality and stability. The core temperature of the product is monitored during the production process. A series of rules and measures have been established and formulated to ensure that daily operations strictly comply with relevant certification standards. We employs a third-party testing agency to regularly conduct microbial testing on water, air and products, and examine the nutrition content of our products, in order to formulate nutrition labels of the products that comply with the standards.
